Mission Statement
The Arkansas Foundation for Skin Cancer is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to increasing awareness of skin cancer in Arkansas. The foundation is involved in educating citizens about detection, prevention and effective treatment of skin cancer.

- Of the cancers for which there are screenings, skin cancer is the only cancer that has continually rising numbers of diagnoses and mortality rates.

- Nationally, there are more new cases of skin cancer each year than the combined number of new cases of breast, prostate, lung and colon cancers.
