Sponsorship Levels

    Our basic sponsorship levels include
  • SPF 15: Donations $999 and below
  • SPF 30: Donations from $1,000 to $1,999
  • SPF 45: Donations from $2,000 to $2,999
  • SPF 75: Donations $3,000 and above

Physician Partnership

If you are physician and would like to join the Foundation in accomplishing its mission to raise awareness about the realities of skin cancer, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would like to have a conversation with you about your various giving opportunities, and how we could assist you in educating your patients and community about skin cancer. As community leaders, physicians are an essential support that we need to be the cornerstone of our Foundation to ensure its success.

Memorials and Honorariums

The Arkansas Foundation for Skin Cancer is happy to help you honor or memorialize your loved one through a philanthropic gift. An honorarium or memorial is a great way to assure that the legacy of your loved one continues to be passed on and be used to better the lives of future Arkansans.

We strongly encourage you to contact us about these gifts so that we might be able find a way to appropriately contact family members and friends about your gift.

Planned and Estate Giving

The Arkansas Foundation for Skin Cancer is an appropriate way to ensure that your assets are dispersed as you would like. Please remember that planned giving is not based on your primary income but your assets. These gifts may be made immediately or can be deferred and given to the Foundation as a bequest. There are a number of options for those who would like to bequest funds to the Foundation, including a general bequest, a residual bequest, a contingent request and an income bequest. For additional information on these different forms of planned giving, we encourage you to contact our Executive Director:
